I need only my notebook, and pen To create my masterpiece
A blank canvas sits before me This plain, sheet of notebook paper It has not been marred by my life Carries no trace of stress or strife Waiting only for my writer's voice Colorful ideas spread across My canvas of choice The tools of my trade are not a brush and paint I need only my notebook, and pen To create my masterpiece
