Never thought, I see the day
When I would describe
A sunset
As lacking beauty.
The one, I am facing now
Has no inspiration
Just gray clouds
Lingering along the horizon.
Gray day
Gray
As my heart feels
For the woman, I love
Is far away.
My heart is empty
Without her mere presence
No colors along the horizon
Strange.
My thoughts are only
Of the pain, in my heart
For she is away, far
I miss her voice
Here I am lonely
Without any choice.
As the sun sinks
Into the colorless horizin
Oh My God!
I wish I was, in her arms.
Her mere scent
I pray for now
Just a little noise
Alerting me
She's in the next room
Combing her hair
Loves been groomed
Ooops!
Flickered out, is the sun
Into an uninspired sunset.
Hmmmm..very thought provoking...and just an excuse to get outside..lol!!

Hmmm, William, something tells me that your poor, sad heart is producing that 'blah' sunset... were your sweetie with you, those gray clouds would shimmer and shine like the sun, true? You convey your heart so beautifully... I could feel your sadness. katy xox.
