I know
Where she has gone
Yesterday
She was snuggled
Deep in my passionate arms.

Today
The thoughts within my head
Are drowning my mind
For I am unable
To scribe
The pain I feel
Deep inside, this time.

Oh Yes
She preyed, upon
Other's memories
They've all come to see her.

To render, their final respects
On her face
They saw no pain
Some rambled
Describing, how beautiful
Is the surroundings
Of her resting place.

Remarks travel
Through the thickness
Of a sarrowful setting
Looking as if, she's sleeping
An old cliche, of sort.

Today
I can, no longer bear
My tears
For it's the last
My blest eyes, will vision
Of her loveliness.

The casket's lid, is closing
Lower into the earth
Hands full of dirt
Gently laid upon her
Ashes to ashes
Recited.

All wait, for the final act
As I place
A Yellow Rose, sealed with a kiss.
