Just Waiting

I sit here alone, By the beach
It's winter
Swimmers are gone
The day is warm, clear skies.

Soft zephyrs, blowing gently
From the east
Caressing my soul
Embracing me
In a seal of ecstasy.

Waves gently, meets the surf
All the legends of the seas, one day
Shall Cry out, surrendering
All it's dead.

Here I wait, for you
Another day
Since five years past
Loyally waiting, your retun.

To share another, glorious sunset
To hold your hand
Kiss your lips
Stare deep into
Treasured emerald eyes
My heart will sink
If you ever blink.

Share with you
Every beat of our hearts
Allow me, to profess my eternal
love for you
In soft passionate whispers
lost in heated moments
In time.

Our souls
Reach for the heavens
Searching for the sensuousness
Once lost in the sand dunes
At the edge of infinity
Where time
Will take care of time.
