Wonderful thoughts of you,
Are constantly, drowning my mind,
Swirling, like a whirlpool, in vast time,
Occupying moments, we shared, that were primed.
Please, lets not loose, what we have,
I need not, think of myself,
As a lonely half.
Don't, my darling, place me on a shelf.
Where shadows lurk, with covered dust,
Rid we must, of shadows casting,
Between our love's priority.
For within me, lives a love thats lasting.
Shadows go back, to my childhood days,
Dwell they did, in my room, they stayed,
I, was taught, with a gentle prayer,
To limbo, they just fade away.
Those days, are gone and for the man you see,
Don't want, shadows casting,
Nor doubts lurking, between you and I,
Remember always, our love that's lasting.
I need to hold you, ever so close,
To look, into your lovely eyes,
Where I can see, your love is lasting,
Instead, of shadows casting,
