She held my head,
Between the softness,
Of her bosoms,
With tears in her eyes,
Kissing me tenderly,
Reciting odes,
She brilliantly composed,
I felt her gentle grasp,
Tighten,
As my soul slipped,
Out of, it's cocoon,
Which encased, the mortal misery,
Of my being,
I found myself floating,
In the softness, of a mist,
So warm and serene,
Is this heaven, or a dream?
Or am I back,
In the security of a womb?
At a distance, I can hear,
A familiar voice,
Which I' ve known, for many years,
Waking me gently,
With soft whispers,
Of reassurance and sincere,
A sweet voice,
Sailed through, my thoughts,
Saying, "you are alright",
The operation was a success,
But my soul, never fought.
