~~~~~*~~~~~
We met at the alter
Family and friends
Before us, To bear witness
With awe and emotions
As we hold, each other's hands
Vowing, before the Creator
Of our love and devotion
To keep, the flames burning
Eternally within us
We recite our Holy Vows
With the innocence
Of this, our love divine
Praying our needs
For one another
We keep
Throughout, our concept of time.
