I soar the world, above and below,
I live not on the ground
for the sky is my home.
I see all around me
Mother Earth can be found,
with her beautiful blanket
spread over the ground.
My eye is as sharp
as the needle that sews,
and to the cliffs, and the mountains,
to the vales I must go.
I watch over the world...
the Lord of the skies;
As the wind blows the clover,
o'er the oceans I fly.
I fly on the clouds,
I go with the wind -
predator and prey...
it is I who will win.
I am strong, I am honourable,
I kill only to live,
to return to the earth
all the bounty she gives.
I am grand, I am noble...
no sin do I hide,
On the breath of the angels
in the distance, I fly.
I live for the Truth,
in Nature's soul I am free,
and I fly this great land
ruling mountain and sea.
I am the great eagle,
the King of all birds,
and wherever I fly...
my voice can be heard.
