Our wishes are sculpted by the power of our imagination and the dead hand of our fear - the first creative, the latter destructive. What we do, say or think is always the result of this battle occuring inside us. As long as tsunamis or earthquakes don't hit us through this process we have some measure of control over our lives. If a number of spirits join in a process of creation then possibilities are better still.

I think this is true in so many ways. I too have always have a tendency to aim high,shoot for the stars but...if you miss and hang up on a cloud you also need the abitlity to rethink and accept what a wonderful think you did achieve. Great write dear Sue.

We certainly do need to press forward 110% in all things, it seems nowadays, never letting up and always hoping and always pushing ourselves beyond our abilities. It's in those times when we are weakest and most vulnerable that He is strongest in our lives, and the most miraculous things happen too!

Couldn't be any plainer, and any more sensible that this, Susan. Like the old saying goes, "Shoot for the stars." So what if you fall back to earth, you will have at least reached for the impossible and probably had a damn good time doing it.
