Beyond the door that has been closed
With his dew upon this rose
It comes as fairies in the night
His form then eases into sight
His body lays ...then reposes
Gently nestled within this rose
Blooming open as reds turn light
As Cardinals flutter into the night
Then songs emerge to touch the air
As he tastes the petals there
Then passion speaks and lips croon
Slowly awakens...the night blooms.
