I can't call you any more
It hurts to hear your voice
I can't still these fears
I guess I have no choice
I won't let you run from me
Its something I can't do
I'll never ever be without
The me that is in you
You mean the world to me
I just can't let it go
Your picture comes with ease
Then in and out you flow
I won't begin to let you leave
Its something I can't do
It is beginning... not a loss
This love I have for you

Undulating verses, as flowing as the rythym
two people, in love, find in each other's arms.
Keep up the fine work!

Again...success. A good poem expressing the emotional upheavals that exist in relationships.

Patricia,

This poem is simply a way of expressing the confusion love and need cause sometimes. It's like "I hate you" but "I love you".

May I ask why it hurts the main character to hear another's voice, when he or she loves so much?

In the Whirlwind by Tichaona Chinyelu

In the Whirlwind is a poetic storm that frees history from the cages of corruption and puts it in the hands of everyday people. Words are weaved into a new fashion statement that has nothing to do with runways but everything to do with projects!

Next Arrivals by Robin Ouzman Hislop

Robin Ouzman Hislop's poetry is certainly in dialogue with some of the key architects of the 'poetics of indeterminacy' – both the Modernist strands represented by the likes of Beckett and Stein, and the postmodernist strands represented, initially,
