The Night Love Died

This is a rambling from my archives. It's funny how the marshes and the solitude of night falling can interpret pain. SKR
The Night Love Died The illumination of the southern star is east of Georgia tonight. It pales the great states' vast heavens and lights the path to sadness. The spark of shine from the east is no longer radiant as holes from a fleeing comet did burst the fused trapped light into tiny novas of pain. The sparks of fire rained down upon the wet marshes then continued to glow as embers in a dying heart. The silent moans were vibrations to the smallest creatures and in their spirit a sadness did creep and all mourned the dying sparks of an infant love. The cloak of a midnight blanket caressed the fragile light and the kiss of darkness smothered the flames and in some iota of justice... love reposed.
