Suffering But Not Adjusting

A prose without malice.

In my mind I am seething, the anger conjures up. feelings of death

A trip to isolation is what I deserve

All I ask is one solitary thing, please let the pain end

I gladly will donate  any of my good organs to science

That is if I have any good organs left on this once strong body

Absolution is what I seek, please dear Lord grant me this last request

I have tried to reach out to others like me

All I see are hands on hips, with looks of defiance

What have I done to be cast out in the frigid land of nothing

I was never rich but years ago I did spread my earnings

Generosity has never been an issue with me

But lack of love and rejection has been a common occurence for me

Please let it be so. please dear one

I do not want to leave my two adult children behind

But I am suffering mightly, what good am I to them

Please consider my plight, pass me on to the land of oblivion

Dear Tony:

I'm saddened to read about your pain. I know the feelings of rejection even by our own relatives. The pain supersedes physical pain, for our hearts race and feel empty in disbelief, and feel sick because of the rejection. I know the feeling because I have been there.

I feel like giving you a great big hug for comforts. Please feel better soon. Know that you have friends here in AD who value you greatly, and care about you too.

((((( Love and Hugs ))))) from your friend in Canada,

Sandie Angel :o(

Tony, When we feel rejection it hurts like hell and damages our self esteam! Time does heal all wounds... Only surround yourself with loving people and your depression and pain will go away. The physical pain will get better when the inside feels better. When it is your time you will be called above, until then live life like it is your last day. Your children need you and your friends need you! Stand up tall and be the strong man that you are. Your not dead yet so get up and live! Life is a gift so make the best of it TODAY! ~Chessly

Your pain is real... but take solice in the fact that the words you write, help ease the agony you experience.

Wishing you well,
Cheers,
Dan

Anthony, This poem really is a cry for help...Pain is a deeply disturbing factor in our lives...I have had much pain over the years, and how I cope is to meditate..Go deep into meditation and find that pain and destroy it...Remember this one thing: Pain is a MEMORY...If you think about some of the pain you have had in the past, can you still imagine or actually feel it once you are thinking about it?

You must do memory things to dissipate the pain..think of something else to make your mind forget that you are in pain..It really works, but you have to continually be on it...

I shall send healing energy, but look it up on google, plug in "pain is a memory" see what comes up.

Much peace, love, and light,
Amber "V"
