Have you ever ridden on a rainbow, I have and it was grand You see at the end of the rainbow God's gift to me was there waiting A gift of love you see, love for my family, friends, and my beloved departed There are times when I forget the beauty of my life It certainly has been exciting, especially when I was young and strong Now although times have been serene, there is still the get up and go Christmas time can be depressing for some, it get's to me too Why you may ask it is the birth of Jesus This is true but I am loaded down with remorse from the pagan holiday Lights blasting out of neighbors doorways and windows Santa Claus revered as much as Jesus the greatest man who ever walked on this Earth So I have my family, my friends especially those reading this And an entire eternity to be reunited with my beloved Have a wonderful holy season And please do not forget JESUS Tony Mike Nerone 11-30-10
