Snack box of goodies,
sweet treats of all kind,
I can't stay out of it,
for my own health benefit.
Temptation overcomes,
reaching in succumbs.
In my hand I hold a treat,
it taste good to eat.

In my head I have a joy box,
when I need a treat of happiness,
I reach into it.
I can't seem to stay out,
especially when sadness starts its route.
Temptation overcomes,
I humblely succumbs.
In my heart I hold a treat,
it feels totally neat.

A snack box,
a joy box,
a feel good box.
We all deserve a treat,
to help our souls feel complete.
In a sad crazy world,
feeling good is our pearl.
My boxes stay open,
just the way I be coping.
