It's ok to be negative,
kicks the butt toward active.
Entices appreciation,
a part of lifes total equation.
One who can't cry,
has serious problems why.
Smiling all the time,
out of touch self sublime.

I cry, laugh, complain,
walk in the rain,
walk out of the rain,
chase buffalo been gone,
give a mean dog a bone.
I'll smack a gorilla,
then dream on my pillow,
what crazy fellow.

Hate is very evil,
it's a mark of the devil.

Wait a cotton picking,
chicken licking,
mean moment of smack,
if it's a duck it'll go quack,
minute!
Nothing wrong with hating a fool,
maybe wrong to knock him cool.
Understand the forces of mind,
refuse to stay blind.
It's just not good,
to let hate rule the mood.

Unconditional love,
punch me with a boxing glove!
Normal love is just fine,
no use extending too much trying,
getting emotionaly hurt,
treated like dirt,
by some fool who don't deserve.
Pitch a hard to hit curve,
cause a fool undeserving to swerve.

Mates are suppose to take care of all need,
believe this you'll certainly bleed,
or end up in divorce court,
definitely won't be a vacation resort,
more like a criminal trial,
same mate living in style,
while you're locked away,
thinking you're suppose to get your way.
I've been with my wife twenty years,
I haven't got my way yet,
but I have no regret.

Philosophies need adjusting,
individually entrusting,
not programmed mind busting.
What works for number one,
may not work for number two son.
Number one son may kiss up more,
number two son may deplore.
Overcome, adapt, improvise,
life will certain surprise,
especially to oneway tries.
