This isn't my quote but I heard it quite a bit in my travels. Thought I would write a poem about it.
"There's not a horse that can't be rode or man that can't be throwed."
Thrown off the horse today, but I'll be getting back on tomorrow, to deal with lifes stun and sorrow. Everyday I get thrown off the horse, then get back on to continue my course. Life is like a mean horse bucking up and down, it will throw the best to the ground.
After getting thrown down, it's best to get back on the horse and ride around. While I was riding throught all the rain, I tried to forget all lifes cruel pain. As I rode off into the sunset, I tried to deal positively with all the regret.
On the dawn of a new day, I look forward to the work and play, I have no intentions of running away. Some days I don't feel like getting back in the saddle, but I go ahead and straddle. Some days we win some, and on other days we succumb. Either way, I'm in this game to stay.
