Seconds, minutes and days,
add up in so many ways.
We can't ignore the fun in neither,
any amount of joy adds up in either.
Taking advantage of every second,
should be the heart and soul beckon.

Life could end with the blink of an eye,
next thing we know away our soul fly.
Joy in the morning sun,
chase a good feeling every moment of fun.
Many take a great deal of life for granted,
not me for the rest of my time on this planet.

I live in the next second of mind,
enjoying every small thing I can find.
When all is said and done,
I'll have no regret when life is gone.
Sitting here in this moment of sight,
I'm getting a thrill out of what I write.
