hello father,
why did you even bother?
But since you did,
I guess I'm your kid.
I deserve your undivided attention,
and oh, did I mention,
I'm catching hell in this crazy world,
it's really taking me on a swirl.

Daddy you tried to disown me,
you never paid your child support fee,
you must have thought the sex was free.
Momma you never made him pay,
for this reason we suffered many a day.
Eight kids need nourishment,
along with parental encouragement.

We might all deserve,
but life always comes with a swerve.
Grow up little boy blue,
your life can still be a loving hue.
There's no need to hate,
or carry the devil around as mate.

What others didn't do for you,
don't make the same mistake too.
Do for your own good will,
life can still be a thrill.
Facing the rising sun,
never on my knees
when there's none,
momma and daddy,
birthed a strong son.
