If you're not God, don't try to respond to this poem. Just a poem anyway, don't take too serious.

Why did you desert me, so the devil could hurt me? Why is life so mean and evil, and we see more of the devil? Why do we have mosquito insects, and mean birth defects? Can we make it out of the womb, before we're headed back to the tomb? Seems like we're in a board game, make the wrong plays, in comes the flame. Too long at the table we sat, then we get all fat. Eat too much of anything, we end up paying everything. Catch 22 and Murphy seem to prevail, seems like we're doomed to fail. Life sure is very interesting, along with being terribly detesting. It certainly can be a great joy, until the devil comes to destroy. G

No, I'm not God, but I have felt this way sometimes. This is kind of humorous, as well as being true (how we feel). We can work for the eventual defeat of Murphy and Catch 22.

*From behind the curtain, shifting levers to cause fire and thunder* QUESTIONING ME???? QUESTIONING ME???? MERE MORTAL????.....LOL...Just ignore the man behind the curtain. Each of us have similar questions.

I am NOT God, but I just wanted to let you know I liked this poem. But I do know why people are so nasty nowadays: prayer and God were removed; that is why the world is so bad! We need to get back to God..and the sooner, the better! Wise write, Grady!

Well I am not God but I have no idea why some are mean.

From the wishing well, minusing the devil''s hell.

Roses are red, thorns prick instead, depending on the head, or what is later on said.

The world is full of angry pissed off people everywhere, here and there, and some really don''t care. They have anger to spare.

Life is a sweet and sour affair, so take a deep breath and find some fresh air, that is if you dare or really care.

Deliver Us From Evil

We need oxygen, aka air, no matter what it needs to be there, however life at times isn't fair.
