A friend stated,

"you're laughing and smiling today,
you must be happy about something."

I responded,

"nooooooo,

why is it that everyone thinks
a smile and a laugh means happiness
or feeling good. I'm laughing and smiling
because I feel like crap! During my travels
I found out that laughing and smiling

does a body good."

The more I manage to laugh and smile,
the shorter my long country mile.
I actually feel better in my misery and pain,
nothing wrong with an umbrella for the rain.
Laughing and smiling by me used,
God given icons abused.

I'm laughing and smiling
because I feel like crap!

Anyone who can accomplish that is to be commended, Grady - and we all should try that.

WTG Grady! Overcome whatever way you can and let the questioners
learn from your wise words...I too prefer smiles to frowns...

That's the spirit, Grady. We can either control our attitude or our attitude will control us.
Take care,
