From the stress I'm bending,
there'll be no more pretending.
I've been knowing,
my weakness is showing.
Age is breaking me down,
a few days ago I almost hit the ground.

The gound comes up quick,
when life puts us in a trick.
All that good food,
sure enhances a joyous mood.
The television keeps us on the sofa,
later on we couch potato suffer.

Some of us think we're clever,
doing whatever.
As the years pass by,
the doctor says "quit or die."
I'm not pretending anymore,
my bodies getting old and sore.

I've got to acknowledge,
my bodies pain college.
There's reasons that I hurt,
as life continues its flirt.
Changing eating habits won't be easy,
especially not eating sweet and greasy.

"Grease was the word" Not now though, weve had far too much light shed since the 70s.

Rock n roll over to a new and healthy diet, and enjoy its bounty.
