Too Much Exercise

Too much exercise,
I've got to criticize.
Nothing wrong with it
when we're young,
It might help if
we're high strung.
Once we get old in years,
it may cause more tears.

Up in the morning,
out to run.
You maybe the only one.
I'll be riding my bike,
not on a high hill hike.
Bones just aren't the same,
so forget the running game.

Billy Blanks and Taebo,
I've also got to say no.
And for his boot camp,
neither will it get my stamp.
Too much bone action,
for my satisfaction.
The old frame has went,
too much and
it will be bent.

G

Grady, I know what mean about the exercise. It seems that any kind of exercise hurts when we get older and forget about running. Your verse says it all. LOL.

I'd like to get back to riding my bike again, but it would probably make me ache, also. This verse says it all.

Up in the morning,
out to run.
You maybe the only one.
I'll be riding my bike,
not on a high hill hike.
Bones just aren't the same,
so forget the running game.
