not in the oven yet,
no toast.
All the numbers
wins the lotto game,
not if I'd matched
all the numbers
the same.
I was almost this
and almost that,
kick out the dog,
trim the fat.
If and almost
isn't where it's at.
Not crossing the line,
close but
the sun still does shine.
I was almost a negative
sad person in life,
still very close to
the misery and strife,
But
It's the present
that makes life
more pleasant.
I haven't won the lotto,
then again
Fun and joy
is my motto.
