So much for all of that hard excercise. A little couch I've earned. Besides we should slow down in old age.
Before I became part couch potato, life hit me in the face with red tomato. One hundred and fifty situps, Fifty a day push ups. Bench pressing two-hundred and fifty, jocking fast and thrifty.
Thought I was in shape, the break down I couldn't escape. My body went out completely, had to start moving discretely. Recoverd from that episode, still moved like a toad.
Now on the couch I isometric, do a few stretches not so hectic. Merrily I stroll along, no more jocking the mile long. Don't mind a little couch, beats the big ouch.
I tried to keep my balance on a 5 inch sidewalk edge today....I did pretty good but as I tried to make my artistic turn around....I landed butt down on the ground...OUCH...my ego still hurting!!
