Just a poem with a touch of contradiction. You religiously extreme folks don't take it too serious. I'm a faithful man but I'm not in the extreme category. I learned to back off, way off and not worry. It aids my day to day comfort. I hate to worry about my every step being watched. But then again being in this den keeps the eye on my words. Sometimes I feel like closing down this site for these reasons. I'm a private person, I like to feel the way I like to feel without public opinion. This is every mans right.

Can't do nothing,
but keep on living,
loving and forgiving.
Being the man I am,
but I need some more changes.
Life rearranges.
Can't teach an old dog new tricks,
but life goes on and kicks.

With each kick I try to learn,
Jesus died on the cross,
I try to be worthy and earn.
But I know I'll always fall short,
still I will never abort.
My goal is to survive,
as long as I can thrive.

Falling short is a reality,
but I don't worry,
let it make me a fatality.
I try not to be heartless,
live on strong regardless.
Let he without sin,
cast the first stone.

The rocks hit me in my face,
still I'm not ashamed in disgrace.
I feel like getting with the stone throwers,
feel cleansed by the rain showers.
Jesus paid the price,
no use paying it twice.
