I Forgive

I forgive,
it's easier to go on and live.
Hate has been lifted,
love has been shifted.
Wrongs have been righted,
my souls more excited.


This world understood,
it does have some good.
I live in the good,
it enhances a better mood.
I live in the minute,
it has more joy in it.


The peace treaty is signed,
lifes joy is being mined.
Each day I dig deeper,
making love a keeper.
In loves understanding,
lifes less demanding.
