I hope everyone finds mental strength if they don't have it. I was born physically strong but mentally negative and somewhat weak. It took awhile to get my mental attitude up to par with my physical strength. So goes my poem...

You know you want too belong, nothing wrong with being strong. Strength can be the product, of an up or down conduct. Some people are born up, others down with an attitude corrupt. Strength I had to learn, or my azz would have burn. Physically I was tough, mentally not so rough. I had to fine tune, and make it very soon. Not today but tomorrow, or I would have been in sorrow. I hated the weak horrow. I had muscles to beat a bear, mentally I needed more flare. Some years back I started working, mentally & physically I'm now perking. Death will turn me around, never again will I be down. Word! One

Enjoyed this much...mentally strong is as important as being physically strong. Reading, writing, praying, meditation, they all work well for the physical aspect...and I am very active in all of those areas, it's the physical part that I am lacking in...one of my new years resolutions is to try to exercise more...got my gym clothes in the jeep, I've not made it there yet, but I am one step closer than I was last week...your write inspires me to try a little harder.
