So what if the body is just sitting, the brain should be positively transmitting.

Poem Artwork

Relaxing on the sofa,
a doing nothing loafer.
Darn near couch potato,
a physical doing nada relater.
Simply refusing to move,
caring less about the groove.

But

Brains still working inside,
taking the body on a ride.
Figuring and calculating,
love, peace and joy relating.
Once the body rises,
so goes the compromises.

Stepping into the calculation,
needing no other explanation.
Out the door with a smile,
to have some fun awhile.
Just sitting wasn't wasted effort,
it brought about some comfort.

I like to spend my free time doing just that...NOTHING!! It gives me time for my brain to solve the woes that it has no time for in my busy life. I love that I live alone and that there is nobody to tell me that I am wasting time, for I know that this is always time well spent and rejuvination for the busy times that await me.
Take care,
Sherry
