Under the skin we're all the same, this is one reason we're given individual name, which sooner or later some of us come to shame. We get too feeling more superior, thinking others are less inferior. We turn up our nose at others, forget they're our sisters and brothers.
Oh the games people play, sometimes causing others to pay. This goes on each and everyday, no matter what others say. Some of the rich sit in their ivory towers, brisk in their comfortable showers, while their victims are pushing up daisy flowers.
After all is said and done, this world is basically about the survival of one. Each person has to save his own skin, get out, survive and do his best to win. However after life practically skins us alive, it becomes very difficult to survive. But life has a thrill, it comes packaged as strong will. Where there's a strong will to play, there is a way.
I like how you even rhyme in the comment, which I agree with. This poem has a great rhyme scheme and you send an important message overall. I like to look for the positive aspects in a person, but life does make it hard sometimes. Your poem expresses both of these sentiments. Great work.
