Doing the do, nothing to do but think it through, which is easy for a procrastinator.
What some do best,
isn't as good as the rest.
But don't count some out,
eventually they might come about,
get started on a wiser route,
demand and hold more clout.
I'm the number one procrastinator,
I wouldn't freeze any longer,
if you stored me in a refrigerator.
Freezer to be exact,
life knows this fact,
so I won't do a retract.
The day I was birthed from the womb,
I refused to be taken out of the tomb.
Momma pushed hard,
I was still holding on to my joker card.
Finally I exited one tomb,
to enter this earthly womb.
They couldn't open my eyes,
too me it was no surprise.
I was a born procrastinator,
big baby boy impersonator.
When I finally woke up I was grown,
half my life was gone.
Now here I sit,
still stuck in the chit,
but I won't quit,
each and everyday
I get up and get.
Enjoyed this poetic tale my friend, keep on keeping on for your style is unique and a joy to read! Write on dear friend! Oh, I always say it's better late than never! Enjoyed...
