Quite a few aren't with
maybe they should try myth.
The mythologicals had many Gods
got hit with too many lightening rods.
We contemporaries have only one
Jesus is his son.

With love life is suppose to be better
With God the devil isn't suppose
to be our babysitter.
With life there comes a certain
amount of misery and strife
With good common sense
we can live a better life.

With this and with that
bring in the dog throw out the cat,
or Ben the two of us and the rat
carry a gun or sling the bat.
Michael got a monkey for a pet,
I write verse while I sat.
Do that and do this,
give a hug and not a kiss,
duck dodge and hope it miss.

Whatever

life's better without
a lot of worry.
