I refuse to let anger infest, it certainly will congest.

I refuse to stay mad
so I patch azz and get glad
It's easy to point the finger
same goes for anger
Anger will run wild
the long term results
may not be mild

Anger infection
unhappy connection
There's a wiser selection
For awhile I sat in
the unhappy section
Until I checked my
mirrors reflection

My face had a frown
my soul was headed down
My heart called up my clown
Clown was mad as hell also
I over ruled the whole bunch
so all day long
breakfast, dinner and lunch
I was at peace

Anger can bring on illnesses not needed in your life. It is best to forget the anger, apoligize and go on with life. Life is too short as it is to be mad at someone, especially those we care lots about. Arguments do come but let them go away easily and take no offense from them. Life is so much easier to be happy.

That's the key, isn't it? Finding your peace within.

Sometimes it is a long journey to understand. Too many people pi$$ing in their own orange juice.

Love,
Elizabeth
