Can't seem to shut up!

Poem Artwork

I verse about a lot
shoot my shot
Guns always loaded
dynamite is exploded
I'm a big mouth poet
no one has to tell me
I know it

They say
a wise man listens
and a fool always talk
Tell it to
Jack in the bean stalk
then take a short walk
Somewhere there's
a one foot pier
if not here then there

I climbed the bean stalk
ran into Sandie
Walked the short pier
fell into the water
but I'm still here
I fell into my big mouth
can't get around it
north east west or south

Something will eventually
shut me up
What I don't know
Maybe death my last show
By then I will have
no choice but to go

I'll verse in
hell or heaven
everyday seven to eleven
Listen for the thunder
the lightening way out yonder
Look up at
the stars at night
I'm a poet
even dead I'll write

Original comment has been deleted by Sandie Angel, since Grady must have read it already.

I'll be taking a break for a while. It isn't good to be in a rut all the time.

Have a great day Grady!

Loveya,

Hello OpGem,

This is poem written by an ARTIST- it's perfectly crafted but...morbid. Please don't go (yet) keep writing.
