Practice makes perfect as they say. I say it too. For all you perfect folks out there who feel like you got it made and don't have to practice or pray, you might not like this piece. But for the one's like myself who keep tripping up and are mistake prone, you might understand why I wrote this. I'll read it over and over myself because peoples been pushing me hard. I'd like to climb out of the tree with my ape act on them but I refuse to go back to primitive times in my life. So the practice of control travels on.

A tough game we're playing here,
life sure has it's pitefalls and fear.
Born on this planet earth,
been here every since my birth.
Going past the one half mark,
surely have calmed down my bark,
took a huge chunk out of my bite,
still my life faces the fight,
so I fine tune my behavior,
pray quite a bit to the savior.

Plenty of reasons to curse,
but being cool worth a rehearse.
Normally I use to raise hell,
fuss and argue for quite a spell.
In the present form of existence,
practicing control insistance.
Tantrums of yesterday,
learning lessons for today.

If we don't practice control,
it makes it harder to keep hold.
Even the smallest situation,
could mean complete elimination,
Checkmate by the game,
defeated just the same.

Practicing good habits,
may end the hop like rabbits.
Extend life longer,
make us stronger.
Stablize the attitude,
enjoy up the mood.
May be no regrets,
 losing bets!
