Being there for ourselves counts just as much as anything in life.
You're not alone, we all share a world of difficulty, one that is trouble prone. Pain and suffering will come and go, nothing wrong with an anedote to numb, a remedy to change the flow. A natural high to uplift, that will place us in a fantasy of joy, from ourselves a loving gift.
We owe it to ourselves to be there, then not be there when we need a break, to acknowledge then defy our own dispair. The mind carries many wonders, locked inside a troubled head, there are many creative avenues to blind our blunders. We are the designers of our own thoughts, with freewill to control brain waves, abilities to make some pain naughts.
There on the sunrise comes a new day, one ready to bring fresh air, give it a chance to bring love and joy your way. Face the sunrise with joy in your heart, even if it isn't on the surface, make it a good plan to start. God and loved ones may be there, but learn to be there for yourself, that is if you truly care.
