I wonder as I sit in waiting
how Jesus was breast fed
by Mary, mortal receptacle
for historicals parable;
the conglomeration of worth
in our worlds wayward walk
.
I wonder at faiths' tenacity
and the pains by which they are met
upon devices of torturous repentance,
lashes and crosses giving sentences
to all sorrows sanctity spent
.
Our world is universe
one long run on sentence
for periods only flow
of the maiden Madonna's
soft stigmata, serenity sent

This is very intense...and I see some of my background peeking out at me here...being raised catholic..this is truth...powerful..the middle stanza is my favorite..great work here..floria
