I tell him an ocean
dreams inside this tiny spiral,
that beneath these spiny ridges
are the currents of unmeasured grace,
music and light unfolding,
returning through a single breath
to a language of harmony and praise.
"No, dad," he says. "That's not it.
It's only the wind and the waves."

It seemed small, simple, but you used such imagery in the few lines you gave. I love how you painted with the senses, you really chose just the right words to give the full picture. Thank you!
