Flowers of love have thorns of pain

Come I kiss you love
Come I Comfort you love
Come I sing for you love
From the mountain of love
I'm rolling over with love
In the depths of my love
Love is in love with love
You are the life of love
Living in the love of life
You are the mirror of love
Reflecting the images of love
You are the moon of love
Shining on the ocean of love
You are the bird of love
Singing a melody of love
You are the flower of love
Dancing in the wind of love
But under your petals of love
You have a thorn of pain
Coming out to prickle
When the pick if wrong

Abdi-Noor, the assonance through your lines speaks so brilliantly. You may be aware of Hebrew poetry; repetition of single thoughts or words, repeating the same concept through the poem; this is really lovely!
