love has many colors and knows many ways to attack but always weaves joy with the thread of pain.
I seldom take up issue with love
With a purpose I reach decisions
But some resolutions don’t work
They never take off as wished for
Always fading in a shady corner
Vanishing in a dark memory spot
My heart is no doubt betraying me
It blocks whatever my head decides
Anytime I fix on not to go near love
I see myself yielding to its pressure
I wish I knew the dimensions of love
Before falling in love with love itself
Love is a natural part of life. When one is single, they think that they do not need a spouse at all until they fall in love. After that, they are held in a vicious cycle of love to the extent that the head and the heart go their seperate ways.
Love: can't live without it, can't live...with it. Sometimes. But o, how you want to! The heart says 'Yes,' the head says 'No,' no wonder one gets confused!! An excellent write, my (((friend and Brother))).

Great honest poem Abdi-Noor... It's so true.... the heart and mind at often at odds on this one.... and 'Anytime I fix on not to go near love I see myself yielding to its pressure...'
Oh yes so very true......... and how we fall in love with love itself.. Why do we 'fall' in love..? Why not fly, always flying; that would be nice!! Eternal romantics us humans.
