There will soon be a planned withdrawl of Ethiopian troops from Somalia. Many armed groups are eying the posts they are vacating. We have a dozen of factions, mainly religious, who might take arms up to plunge Somalia further into a more painful chaos in their fight over power. Somalia which had already sunk in depths of horror is in danger being buried in the dark pits of a looming of vacuum.
With a changing color of living horror
I see winds of terror changing color
Fleeting in the shadow of despondency
Picking speed as they progress further
Gusting as they get pregnant with anger
Looking up to a sky turning aggressive
Staggering under the weight of its clouds
They are the political winds of Somalia
Sourcing out from the evil eye of hell
Blowing with a determination to destroy
Abdi-Noor, Somalia is one of many nations struggling in desperation to be free of the influences of those who mean them malice -- a complex battle of socio political issues with roots to her beginnings -- I know not the silver bullet that would free her of the desperation being endured by the gentle majority of her people --whose only wish is to live in peace -- may peace and love find the avenue that grants entrance to a joyous, free people in Somalia -- JMW
