I tried to figure out what I can remember about Einstein apart from his theory of relativity. Suddenly his poetic expressions of life based on his experiences have dawned on me. I dedicate this to Albert Einstein whose words inspired me to write this poem.
In the mind of a genius
dreams rise
like waves of a love ocean
Often coming ashore safely
though at times
they are disturbed
by rocks of mediocrity
Abdi-Noor, his genius was as much in his ability to relate to the simple, ordinary intelligence as to those of greater intellectual capacity. You have said this thing and granted him a new and deserved if mostly overlooked position of human dignity beyond his recognized and appreciated talents. I bid you love and peace my dear friend. What can one say about this nut case scientist who rocked the world with his ideas and helping to deliver Japan into near oblivion?
