It was a dance
at least I think it was
the silk scarf
you drew across your face
til only your eyes were revealed
having in them that playful glow
only love-play brings.
You took the scarf
allowing it to splay
across your hips
which moved unseen behind the silk
making the scarf move
as if buffed by an unseen wind.
It slithers up between your breasts
languishing upon your shoulders bare
then it suddenly twirls
about your head;
you laugh
a crystal laugh
spun
around
wrapping yourself in the silken wave
a twirling dervish
of light and perfume.
I rise
my back straight
fix your gaze
advancing
hypnotized by your eyes
fixing me
capturing me;
inside now your soft breath
exhaling;
scarf thin is the space
between
and we both now breathe shared air;
inhale and exhale lung waves
mutually taken in
we both now light of head
with heat
and intoxicating oxgyens
dive deep into
lung cavities
where they dance and swirl
setting themselves to receive
new incoming
exhilarations.
The eyes are now closed
the scarf comes up
circling my neck;
you take both ends
draw me close
eyes never leaving mine;
frozen time
your body
now my body
and I yours.
We two
now at short scarf length
twirl--
my belt
now in play
encircles your neck--
my leather and your silk;
joined
as our hearts play
