Internal Isolation

Madness, and insanity glues you to corner of four white walls, in that lonely gloomy room

Must get out soon, or darkness in mind, will stay and linger in your consciousness, and continue to loom

People need other people sometimes just to lift them up, and bring them out of a real tough slump

Internal isolation, will only lead to garbage of useless repetitive thoughts, of that human brain dump

So, all I ask of you, is that you try taking just a single slow step, even if it’s heavy and hard at first

I know you have an adventurous spirit, somewhere in your soul, to rise above that malevolent curse

Finally, you may get out of that melancholy room and join us in the great big world full of life and hope

You will go nowhere thinking dejected thoughts, if you think that method of life alone is the way to cope

We all have our individual problems, you have yours, they have theirs, and yes, I have mine

But, let me tell you my friend, if we work on this machine together it will turn out just fine

Does not matter how you approach the lessons of life, just as long as love not hate is in your heart

Anger and frustration at the starting gate of your problematic issue is not the proper precise way to start

Give it your all, but with just a trace of delight, and surprisingly, your experiences will turn out all right

Together as one, those evil spirits, will not touch us, during the long forbidding dark night

Take my sturdy hand my friend if you must, and I will gently guide and show you the way

Don’t have all the infinite answers, but my trust and faith tells me bad days will turn okay

And with some truth, acceptance, patience, confidence, and a clear sense of mind

God and Mother Nature will grant us all each with a slight perception of their boundless majestic design!

So, next time you find yourself out in the world alone, stuck between those ever closing mind walls
