Karaoke Kamikaze

Man alone from the clean streets ignored by the frustrated club bouncer Goth girl at the reflecting glass doors
Strolls down to the damp dungeon filled with dancing city feet
Hears the sound of a graceful angel singing a rock and roll musical blues treat
The karaoke kamikaze makes eye contact with the dark hair blue eyed stranger’s heat
Places down his cold draft beer as his lonely heart skips a beat
All of the sudden the once distant talkative crowd becomes silent
They gaze their curious eyes on the singer on stage singing a song of peace not violence
The queen of karaoke rock and roll commands the attention of every human’s soul of silence
The king of kamikaze feels a rush of love and warmth flow through his empty needle marked abused dry veins
The overdose attraction of endorphin activity stirs a mix of love chemicals deep within his brain
The rainbow of colorful blinding lights dance to the electric sounds of the singer driving the crowd insane
The lady of love ends her rock and roll number, and the mesmerized onlookers cheer in vain
The karaoke kamikaze and musical angel embrace as one and kiss leaving the lonesome bar blues behind to catch the midnight love train…
