COVID-19 took so many so early, finally on the horizon I see some relief

Just a shot in the arm, and we are once again free from the prison

2020 seems like a blur

But we now have a vaccine not a cure

Take what we can get in this time of emotion

A time of caring and a time of devotion

Going to see a band with friends by my side this summer

Hopefully, the scene after a year of Hell will not be a bummer
