Just a little lighthearted note, to kinda put things in persective for those of you who don't know me real well or at all. It's hard standing on yer head :)

Poem Artwork

I don't always read you
those whom I know and love
even less time is alloted
to find those I don't, it's true

SO I THOUGHT I'D JUST SAY THIS

Please dont think me ignorant
or disinterested in your work
summer is impossible
to hot to even thank

It's winter here downunder
my blood is thick as mud
so I hibernate to my computer
and leave the house assunder

I know I'm standing on my noggin
in the land where Gum tree's grow
I read your work hours behind y'all
timezone's make it fair dinkum sloggin

To those who read my work
I thank you deeply and exclaim
I'll try to get back to you
and at least leave a smirk

Lastly please come visit my den
Just to say G'day
then I can get back to you
With my outback red ochre pen!

Love to all

G'day, Ch'erie, 'tis always nice to hear from you...and yes, you're right, there's lots of good sites on this den, sometimes I get confused which I should visit first. And so I've started tracking authors...oh boy, do I feel important when I see I've got tons of emails in my in-box! But it's great...to read new stuff and offer encouraging feedback. So keep on writing, dear Ch'erie, remember, I'm tracking you.

God Bless
Love, Lena

Sometimes we just want to be by ourselves for a reason to clear our heads. Have a wonderful day, Ch'erie!
