because it hurts
so much
to remember.
And I'll never love again,
because we shared something
reminiscent of it.
And I'll never be me again,
because I surrendered
gave in
and lived
solely in the moment.
And I'll never find you again,
or see you again,
because you left,
and because this is the end.

This was painful to read! It really evoked a strong emotion from me. This is one of my favorites because I can relate to it. It's like you lived my experience, too and then put words to my emotions. You express everything perfectly.
