oh Nancy, I have been down that road,,,I wish I could lay that doctor on that table and zap him a few times,,if an yone knewwhat this really felt like,,they would not use those shock things on cattle,,I wouldn't anyway,,didn't like them before I had the eletric "table" I had spinal injections, still have two more to go,,thank you God, they put me to sleep,,,some have told me, yrs ago they did not,,I would not have made,,I hope you get the results soon,,,Good luck, and can feel with you,,

Well Nancy I went through the same testing last week myself,,only they believe mine is severe CTS. Which can be fixed but,,means I won't be writing for a while. I hope you get better soon,,and yes them EMG's are painful,,might as well stick your finger in a light socket and see if anything lights up. My prayers will be with you,,,Lisa

Aaww, Nancy, sounds horrible!! I had some of the same and some other strange pains after the birth of my second daughter, 'bout 7 years ago, went to neurologist, orthopedist and immuno guy, they could never figure it out, said it was soft tissue pain of unknown origin, or something or other facitis, I had a headache for 30 days!! Then I saw a program talking about the new products coming out and how they can throw off a person's metabolism and cause problems. Since I had a baby a few months old, I had been using an antibacterial soap at the bathroom and kitchen sink, so I stopped using them. And that was that! I felt better quickly and never had any return symptoms. A couple years later, a good friend of mine in Colorado was telling me her medical woes, similar to mine, and I asked her if she was using anitbacterial products, she was, and stopped. Same thing, she felt better and hasn't had a recurrence of symptoms. I really hope you are using antib. products because it could be that you are sensitised to this and the cessation of use may help!!!! If not, I'm sorry for this crazy crap your are going through...

I've had the nerve test you are talking about, in the back of my legs, hated it!!!
