go ahead and cry Nancy. Once I finally figured this world and myself out, I cried like crazy. I really felt sorry for myself. Then I traveled a route to make things better for myself. I started telling myself things like, "ok, Grady this is bad so how do I not make it worse." So now I travel a strong positive road to at least not make my life any worse than it already was. This was years back and on up to now, I can at least say, "well things got worse, but it truly wasn't my fault." Then I deal and do what I have to do, take care, hugs G

so sad, but beautifully expressed. "if only i could cry"...hmmm...you can if you really want to; i couldn't cry for a time after my mom died, but then i did, and i now cry whenever i am sad or happy! crying has been very therapeutic for me, and i always feel so much better after a good crying jag! call me a champion cryer!
